Ashok Kukreja is a highly experienced professional in the electrical field with an impressive 42 years of experience. He embarked on his entrepreneurial journey in 1981 by establishing the trading vertical of Rahul Cables. As the head of this division, he has played a pivotal role in its success.
One of Ashok Kukreja’s notable achievements is his representation of leading brands on a pan-India level. Brands like Polycab, Finolex, Havells, RPG, and KEC have entrusted him with their representation, highlighting his reputation and expertise in the industry.

As the founder of the trading vertical, Ashok Kukreja holds a prominent position within the company. He serves as a key decision-maker, shaping the strategic direction of the business and ensuring its growth. His extensive experience in the electrical field and his visionary mindset give him a foresight of future opportunities and challenges.

Nandkumar Kukreja
Nandkumar Kukreja, the co-founder of Rahul Cables, joined Ashok Kukreja in 1982, contributing significantly to the company’s growth and diversification. With his visionary mindset and strategic thinking, he played a pivotal role in expanding the business into EPC projects.
Under Nandkumar Kukreja’s leadership, Rahul Cables ventured into partnerships with international brands, as well as some of the world’s top cable manufacturers. This association allowed the company to access cutting-edge technology, expertise, and a wider range of products to offer to its clients.

Heading the EPC division, Nandkumar Kukreja focused on catering to the state utilities of the country. Namrata Kukreja, who joined Rahul Cables in 2009, brings 14 years of experience to the table. She started her journey by establishing a strong foundation for the company’s processes during its growth stage. This crucial role involved implementing efficient systems and procedures to streamline operations and support the company’s expansion.
Over time, Namrata Kukreja has taken on a pivotal role in transforming Rahul Cables into an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) player. With her deep understanding of management concepts, she actively contributes to the strategic direction of the organization. By leveraging her expertise, she helps maximize resource utilization, ensuring optimal efficiency and effectiveness in project execution.

Namrata Kukreja’s double master’s degree, one in Business Management and the other in International Business provides her with a solid foundation in both theoretical and practical aspects of management. This educational background equips her with the knowledge and skills necessary to make informed decisions in various areas of the business, including operations, project management, and international market expansion.
